Describe your style(i.e what type of clothing are you into, and if you collect any thing, what it is and why ?, where do you get your inspiration from ):
My style is somewhat eccentric. What I wear mostly depends on my mood and comfort-ability.
I’m a streetwear (graphic tees, hoodies, 5-panels, snapbacks e.t.c) fanatic but I like to experiment with several staples of menswear clothing.
I’m also big on camouflage, I have several camouflage jackets, pants, tees and what not.
I don’t necessarily collect anything but if I did, it would be hats. Currently, I have 16 different hats specifically curated to fit my personality and style. I’m not particularly sure if that makes me a collector or not.
Style wise, I get inspiration from a number of people including Pharell Williams, Kanye West, Nick Wooster, and my dad. That is the cliché answer but most of it honestly comes from what I see daily in my environment or on the Internet.
What do you do for fun, any interesting thing you do on the side : Fun? What is that? Lol.
I am one of the creative designers at Severe Nature Clothing. I hate to classify that as something I do on the side because I invest a lot of time and energy into it but it is secondary to my education so yeah.
Favorite Quote : My favourite quote is by Jean-Michel Basquiat, when he said “Influence is not influence, it’s simply someone’s idea going through my new mind”. There is only so much of one’s style that is authentically theirs, the rest of it is adapted from other people to fit their ‘cultivated’ sense of style and that is the difference between fashion and style, in my opinion. Adding your own flavour to the blend, but hey, what do I know?
