The series follows the life of a young woman who’s been living in New York and dating a guy for quite some time until she finds out that he’s probably been unfaithful to her and decides to throw caution to the wind, change her life, and move abroad to Rome. The storyline is very loosely based on the creator’s own decision to move to the eternal city years ago and some of the experiences she’s had since.
The main characters involved are as follows:
Tamara Pizzoli as Tamara, the protagonist
Clifford Owusu as Cliff, Tamara’s ex-boyfriend
Jennifer Partridge – Tamara’s close friend
Matteo – Alessio, my assistant
renowned Dominican-Italian actress Iris Peynado – Liliana, my therapist (she’s also a producer of the show)
Houda Badr – Malaak, Moroccan artist friend
Charles Burchell – Grayson, potential boo
The first season consists of eight episodes that will air weekly beginning in April.
