My African Corner’s Afropreneur Social // Event Cover

On Sunday. June 11th, My African Corner, had their launch to kick off The African Experience Festival and we were in attendance. Here’s what you missed!

My African corner is an online platform for African businesses to get listed! The Afropreneur Social which kickstarted the African Experience Festival launched this platform in Toronto!

Dress code was “a touch of Africa” so I afrochiched my button up dress with an African print peplum belt. Snazzy right?

All the girls looked uber chic and the guys very dapper. We enjoyed tasty appetizers few of which were Nigerian inspired. The golden Puff puffs and chicken/beef skewers were the highlight of the menu. When the tray came out, every tasty piece of that deep fried dough disappeared. It went by so quick, we couldn’t get any pictures.

Art by three exceptional artists, Charles Okah, Benny Bing and Kofi Frempong were displayed.
