Food is an amazing thing, it is the story of a culture up till that point their experiences and their influences over millennia and Ronke Edoho is one of those sharing the story behind Nigeria’s rich cuisine through her passion for the culinary arts.

Get to know Ronke

She is a chartered accountant, certified weight loss specialist and the author of a series of books under the name “Lose It Nigerian”. Aimed at promoting healthier eating for the people of her native Nigeria and the world at large.

The Saskatchewan resident, who is originally from the Osun region of Nigeria, specializes in Nigerian cuisine. She wants to teach the world the beauty of Nigerian food and impact the Nigerian food value chain, starting from the Farm all the way to the table. Ronke hopes to do this by creating Nigerian food products that are rooted in tradition and enhanced for better nutrition throughJollof Code.

I hope the KScope community will help more people go back to nature and grow their own food organically.
