- You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.
By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and that all sales are final.
Thank you for shopping with www.thekscope.co If you are not satisfied with your food and/or any other product purchase, you have to contact our third party vendor from whom you made the purchase and abide by their return policy associated with their business.
To be eligible for a return with most of our vendors, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method or a gift card within 30 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
After placing an order through our standard order form on our Site, web applications or mobile applications, as applicable, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (Acknowledgement). Food vendors listed will call you after an order email has been sent. Fashion vendors will only send emails.
Deliveries typically happen anytime between 1pm and 9 pm on your delivery day depending on the vendor. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery within that window (sorry!) as traffic, weather and other factors can sometimes create unforeseen changes to the delivery schedule.
