Isiewu is a traditional native dish, prepared with goat head. The method of preparation is quite similar to that of nkwobi, but the major difference is that nkwobi is prepared with cow foot while isiewu is prepared with goat head. The goat head is mixed in spicy palm oil sauce, garnished with onion rings, fresh habanero pepper, and utazi leaf. It is mostly enjoyed with palm wine, but can also be enjoyed with any drink of choice. It can also be classified as a low carb friendly dish.
A portion of isiewu is $50
