Nkwobi is a delicious Nigerian delicacy that is usually ordered and enjoyed in exclusive restaurants and beer parlours. It is simply cooked cow foot mixed in spicy palm oil sauce, garnished with onion rings, fresh habanero pepper, and utazi leaf.
